Cinthia is a master's and doctorate candidate in Adult Health Nursing at the School of Nursing of the University of São Paulo. Nurse specialist in Stomatherapy Nursing - Stomies, Wounds and Incontinence by the Israeli College of Health Sciences - Albert Einstein (2020), a specialist in High Complexity Cardiopneumology by the Residency Program of the University of São Paulo and the Institute of Cardiology of HCFMUSP (2018), Bachelor of Nursing from the School of Nursing of the University of São Paulo (2015). Member of the Research Group on Stomatherapy: stomas, acute and chronic wounds and urinary and anal incontinence at the School of Nursing of the University of São Paulo since 2014.
Cinthia started the Skin Tears research by adapting the ISTAP Classification System to Brazilian Portuguese in 2016. Since then, she has participated in research to understand Skin Tears in the Brazilian scenario.
